FTT Florida Introduces New Title App to Local Real Estate Agents

The Foundation Title & Trust business development team announces their new title app in the month of September 2014. This new title app is specifically designed to provide a simple-to-use tool to real estate agents, brokers and lenders while they are working with clients. The app allows the listing agent to create a professional seller’s net sheet with the title company and county’s closing fees auto-populating according to the purchase price and loan pay off information the agent enters on their favorite  handheld mobile device or laptop. Along with seller net sheets, lenders and agents can create Pre-HUD statements and track their client’s activity within the app.

“In today’s market, our clients want a way to provide instant title quotes to their buyers and sellers without waiting for our office to open on Monday morning. This gives them that ability and everyone has loved the easy to use features of the application.” – Lynn Langowski, FTT Florida Title Operations Manager
