Senior Title Marketing Account Manager
We are looking for a proven self-starter with a minimum of three years outside sales experience. Position involves selling title and escrow services to Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and builders. In this role you are responsible for the development of new business within an assigned territory through direct sales efforts, including prospecting, relationship building, solution selling, closing, extensive CRM usage, expense control and reporting. Utilize our marketing tools for electronic campaigns. Comprehensive training program provided.
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
– Two plus years relevant sales experience required
– Two plus years title/mortgage/real estate experience desired, current title sales experience preferred
– Experience closing purchase and refinance transactions, a plus
– Must have valid driver’s license
– Notary or Title License preferred
– Previous CRM experience preferred
– Proficient in MS Office
– Works independently setting own priorities and objectives with supervisory consultation.
– Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives

Title Branch Opertations Manager (Tampa Bay)
Candidate will work with processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements and conduct closings. Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer/Escrow Officer. Candidate will ensure that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Maintain daily scheduling, production goals and new employee training. Must have the ability to consult with principals and/or their agents to resolve discrepancies, and organize/prioritize workflow.
{The ideal candidate will be working in a Title Insurance Office that has limited career potential. A great opportunity for an Assistant Manager that is being bypassed or blocked by an existing high performance manager.}
